Because like every year in the NBA (especially the NBA) the books have no clue who is good and who is bad to start the year. They don't believe in matchup analysis. Books rely on data. goat, nothing earth-shattering there....college baskets have soft lines to begin the season as well......I read somewhere that Philly is projected to be one of the worst teams in the league,.....still a nine point dog winning outright , with the benefit of hindsight what do you experts feel that the line should have been ???? should Philly have been favored ???
