These next 6-8 months will be a gold mine I am sure. I believe I am well disciplined to stick to the 5 systems now I am following, and avoid any personal bets I feel like making. I am currently up a small amount now follow JM NHL and Home game stand (with filters). Missed first four bets for home game stand, but none the less feels great to start the season off with a small cushion. Similar to Hagball, a slow and steady profit is good for me. I am running separate labby lines for each system, but for each winning day I have from all 5 systems combined, I am going to just reset all my lines as fresh lines. For every losing day, I will adjust my lines accordingly until I profit for that week. This keeps my risk I hope at under 5 units. I did have one bet with a risk of 4.5units because of -250 juice, but it cashed pretty easily. I will be running all systems similar to how On3 runs his labby lines, but I will be start with six numbers on my lines instead. Well, four numbers for NBA and six numbers per line for NHL because of the higher juice.

Anyone have this years NBA schedule ready? I do not care about v1 v2 or v3 criteria, I play the whole season as one. Just any team on a 3 game road trip is enough to qualify for my labby lines.

Points will be given by all I am sure for the first person to post the schedule. Also who is volunteering to post the plays? Last year was a little messy with 1-7-5, 1-3-5, labby lines, tradtional, etc. I think this year maybe just posting the plays in traditional format as well as ATS without buying points would suffice and just let each person run whatever betting method they want on their own.

Good night and thanks in advance.

If anyone notices any errors or omissions in the JM schedule I have posted, then please let me know and I will correct them. The series that are listed in RED are series that start "in-conference", and will only be official plays if the in-conference games are lost by more than 3 points to the spread. All 6 (or more) game road trips are treated as "ONE" series, as per the .pdf rules, and are not broken down into individual three game sets.

Wallco Chase 110 – Official Rules

Find a team that has lost three consecutive games (both S/U and ATS). Play a four game chase on that team to win (A) (B) (C) or (D). If a team is a favorite in any of the games, play the M/L, if the team is a dog in any of the games play the point line (-110). WE DO NOT BUY POINTS IN THIS SYSTEM and we do not care if teams were favorites or dogs in the games before the four game chase starts. The only time we would buy points is if your team is a favorite by 1-3 points, and buying down to -1/2 is cheaper than the M/L. Other than that, we are always playing M/L and (-110). I use ScoresandOdds.com as official play site. If ScoresAndOdds.com has the game listed as a win, then the series is over. You may have had a different line then them and lost the game, if this is the case, the decision is yours whether or not to continue, but the game will be deemed a win at that point. ALL PUSHES ARE SEEN AS A NO-PLAY. We will treat those games as if they were never played and just skip them. So if your (B) bet is a push, your next bet will be a (B) bet. This system has not been back tested for pre-season or playoffs, this is for regular season only.

Bet Structure (for 4 game chase)

Chase 110 is definitely profitable. For each series loss in a four game chase @ (-110), you need 18.44 series wins to be even.) In a chase system, assuming your initial wager is 1 unit, if you lose your (A) bet, your (B) bet will be your losses of (A) bet + 1 unit. So if (B) wins, your profit will be 1 unit. Same for (C) and (D). Recoup all previous losses + 1 unit. Any time a series wins, you will have profited 1 unit. So, for example, if my system is 70-0, I would be up 70 units, it can't be more than that, because our game odds are always (-110) or lower, unless you are risking more than one unit per bet. If you lose four consecutive bets: (A) (B) (C) and (D), you cumulative loss will be 18.44 units (assuming all four games were played at (-110) and betting to win one unit, slightly more if there was a M/L in one of the games). Another thing, if (A) (B) (C) or (D) wins, the series is over at that point, and system gets a win, the remaining games in the series do not get played. Here are four examples, winning the (A) bet is obvious, so I will skip that one:

    Unit size = $100

    Win (B) bet
    (A) - Risk 110 to win 100 - Loss (-110)
    (B) - Risk 231 to win 210 - Win (+210)
    Net result: 210 -110 = +100 (+1 unit)

    Win (C) bet
    (A) - Risk 110 to win 100 - Loss (-110)
    (B) - Risk 231 to win 210 - Loss (-231)
    (C) - Risk 485 to win 441 - Win (+441)
    Net result: 441 - 231 - 110 = +100 (+1 unit)

    Win (D) bet
    (A) - Risk 110 to win 100 - Loss (-110)
    (B) - Risk 231 to win 210 - Loss (-231)
    (C) - Risk 485 to win 441 - Loss (-485)
    (D) - Risk 1018 to win 926 - Win (+926)
    Net result: 926 - 485 - 231 - 110 = +100 (+1 unit)

    Lose (D) bet (series loss)
    (A) - Risk 110 to win 100 - Loss (-110)
    (B) - Risk 231 to win 210 - Loss (-231)
    (C) - Risk 485 to win 441 - Loss (-485)
    (D) - Risk 1018 to win 926 - Loss (-1018)
    Net result: -1018 - 485 - 231 - 110 = -1844 (-18.44 units)

** Note: These bet structures are based on all games being played at -110 odds. Amounts could be a lot larger if M/L losses are in the mix.

    Series Filters

Head to Head Filter: If a team loses three straight games (ATS and S/U), check that team’s schedule to see who their next four opponents are. If one of these teams is a team that is already being played in Chase 110, skip wagering on the new team until the first team has concluded their series. This is to avoid possibly betting on both sides of a game deep in a series (B-D bets). If at that point, the new team has continued their losing streak, you may then pick up your (A) bet on that team, and begin your four game chase. If two teams qualify at the same time, and are scheduled to play each other at some point in their next four games, the team whose potential four game chase would end sooner will be the play. However, if these two teams are scheduled to face each other in their respective (A) bets, this game will be played, taking the (M/L) on the favorite and (-110) on underdog. There is a chance you can win both ends of the bet, and no chance you can lose both, since one team will win. The risk/reward only seems favorable when teams are facing each other in their (A) bets, all other scenarios are just too risky. You may play all teams that qualify, regardless of who their next four opponents are and just take your chances. However, this isn’t recommended. This filter was created to eliminate a possible (D) bet disaster. The wins and losses for the season will be calculated using this filter.

When to play: Chase 110 will be played from day 1 of regular season. As the season winds down, when a team qualifies for a play (three losses ATS and S/U), make sure that team has at least four games remaining on their schedule. If not, that team doesn’t qualify. Results were based on a four game chase, so less than four games to play would lessen your chances of victory. Basic rule of thumb, if the losing streak starts in the last six games of a season, there is no way that team will qualify. If some pushes occur, it may go back a few more games.

** I haven’t had a chance to rebacktest the system to see how the 1-3-5 could be implemented, or what affect not playing M/L on favorites would have. I know there were more losses by playing favorites against the spread, but the extra income we would make by playing my 1-3-5 method could, possibly, more than offset them. I will check as soon as I get some free time. But for now, M/L is the play on favorites.

Anyone making anything off preseason? I've only bet one game preseason so far went 0-1! Not enough info to work with yet to determine anything really. Meanwhile, hockey systems are cleaning up nicely.

There up and down team. Not sure who to fade besides CHA for the nba. They just always suck. Tomorrow for football i like saints, tb under 46, & jets.

i think jags don't cover again unless they only play payton first half. Den seems struggle a little first half though.

Good luck on that one tomorrow.

Did you ever think of stopping the chase after 3 games and just chalking up the loss after 3? Mathematically it just doesn't make sense to chase into the 4th game based on your backtest because for each game you are chasing into the 4th game you are risking a minimum of 10 additional units to win 1 additional unit, so basically what I'm saying is that unless your D plays go 11-1 they really aren't worth chasing that deep, just a thought...

It is worth it, because EVERY game that goes to D would be an automatic 8.26 unit loss if you stopped at C.

Figure 10 games go to D:

If you stopped at (C), your losses for those series would be -82.6 units.

If you played to (D) and went only 6-4, your total losses for those 10 series would only be -67.76 (this is -18.44 x 4 plus 6 units for the 6 wins). You need to win slightly more than 1 out of every 2 games that goes to D, since a (C) bet loss is 8.26 units and a (D) bet loss is 18.44. The exact number to be even is to win 1 (D) bet out of every 2.23 total (D) bets.

11-1, as you stated would only be a 7 unit loss, this is 75 units better than stopping at (C).

Yes in your hypothetical situation your math is correct, however in reality your back test of 10 season only shows 3 of the 10 seasons where playing D was a smart move (going better than 66%), the other 7 seasons it would have cost you more units than if you had stopped at C.

Maybe so, but overall they are 48-34 which in effect nets you an extra 100 units over that span. And THAT is not hypothetical, that is reality as you put it. Play it how you want, I will play to (D).

For those of you who are playing 7/5 or 1/7/5 for JM, are you weighing all three versions the same? Or are you weighing them different based on past seasons success/failure rates?

All three the same. Past success doesn't gaurantee future success, so one version that did bad last year may be the one that does excellent this year.

Because it's two different systems. JM system will be in this thread as well. And Chase 110 is not a scam because I say so, and because I am not asking anyone for money!!!!

yea not a scam, just his way of betting it could yeild a negative profit over past 10 years or very very small profit at best when buying 3 points and chasing 3 games. This thread has just incorporated better betting strategies to make his system profitable.
