    LA Clippers vs Seattle Supersonics DISCUSS

    I am about to lay down around 1000 $ on Seattle and no I am not kidding ...

    Anybody else here thinks that SEA will win today ?

    I happen to like Seattle in this game as well bro... The Clippers have had their problems on the road this year, but they have most of their players back... If I had to make a play in this one, I would side with the Sonics as well... However, I don't see this as a $1000 play, which would be 10 units for me... Be Careful...

    I bet Clippers +120 on the Moneyline this morning. The Clips are looking to get back to .500 after losing at home to Minnesota last night, and I think they bounce back nicely here. They are catching a Seattle team that has not defended its home court well, going just 13-10 SU and 9-13-1 ATS in this building. Finally this has been a Visitors Series, with the ROAD team going 4-1 both SU and ATS in the last five meetings.

    I was about to start my own thread about Seattle being a good play. Ray Allen is back and playing great, and he's meshing well with Gelabale. The big men are anchoring things solidly as well. They've been winning against very capable competition of late.

    The Clippers are a very good team on many occasions of course, but also seem to have a bit of a collective head problem at times, which might manifest itself here. Sam Cassell is a big key to their success, and at 37, playing on back-to-backs might not be the easiest thing in the world for him.

    2 points is a very low number to cover, all things considered. I think Seattle is a good play.

    The history of the road team winning when these two match up is a slight cause for concern, but not more than that.

    seattle is getting worked so far but i can't watch it

    anyone have an idea on the second half?

    are the shots just not dropping for seattle or is it lack of effort?

    I can't remember ever seeing the Sonics play this bad at home... Even when Ray Allen, Lewis, and whoever else they have had hurt this year were out they still put up good fights... This is soo terrible to watch... Hope no one went too large on this game... This one hurt my day especially with UCLA fvckin around and losing to Stanford! SWEET SONICS!

    EDITl: Are the Sonics serious tonight? 83-49 on the homecourt, last glance seen on the bottom line?! Talk about woodshed here Dan! WOWSERS!

    Looks like LAC is the story here.

    Cassell got them started tonight. And he looked horrible last night -- so bad, in fact, you have to wonder whether there was something behind the scenes going on. There are some good Clipper blogs and beat writers, so it will be interesting to hear that side of things.

    old-fashioned beating is probably the best way to describe this game zoneblitz. The score shows it was closer than it really was.

    The Sonics need Rashard Lewis to come back faster than that February projected timetable he's on currently.

    I certainly enjoyed it due to a big LAC +2.5 play.

    I'll be the first to admit this play was somewhat of a chase after a disappointing weekend, but everything about this game pointed toward LAC. It certainly should have been closer than it was, but I was due for a nice comfortable win.

    Glad I didnt play it because I got my money back in poker after losing around 1000 playing poker I got it all back and didnt have to bet on that game , glad ! lol
