Would you put more value in a WELL RESTED TEAM or a TEAM IN PLAYING RHYTHM

It's a relevant question. Over a 7 game series, this late in the playoffs, which benefits a team more.... Rest or Rhythm. I'm aware it depends on the team but overall what are people thoughts.

Spurs being older.... Obviously needed the rest. In a flip situation I almost feel like it wouldn't benefit the heat.

I wonder how much being a veteran and knowing how to treat your body over the course of a whole NBA season plays into situations such as this where vets have rest.

Yeah, but how much rest is too much. Prefer a hot team over a well rested team. It will be interesting to see how SA comes out tonight.

Rhythm hands down..Generally speaking, well rested teams come out rusty..Although Duncan is like 7-0 Game 1 when coming off rest but I think Miami wins tonight

Heat needed the rhythm, Spurs needed rest. Helps both.
