Why wouldn't they? Spurs have looked great and have home court advantage. I say they win in 5 or 6. Spurs are too good for the Grizz.

The guy who predicted the Lakers will go to the West finals and Spurs will lose in the first round of the playoffs and Bulls will win the East finals and Heat will not win the NBA finals this year is the last person allowed to laugh at other people's picks.

San Antonio was tested against an immature Golden State team.... It's like a college team VS a high school team. That's the way I look at it. Here comes a well balanced Memphis team... Let's see what you have left in the tank Parker against Conley and Allen.

Personally I am probably going to play this series like I did the thunder series. Hope the spurs win game one and then take the +140 or +160 we will get for series price. The spurs are the veteran team and very good but the grizz are playing very good and have great post play from gasol and z-bo. Also they have not lost at home this year in the playoffs and barely lost in the "grind house" all season long

I wish I could find the thread in which I talked about how dangerous Memphis was before the playoffs....Even if Westbrook was healthy, the Grizzlies probably still beat OKC. I realize all of the games were close without Russell but having him on the court doesn't automatically mean OKC would have won.

We should all root for Memphis because I really think they could expose some deficiencies the Heat have. I actually think Memphis could beat Miami.

Zebo and Gasol would do work.

Spurs have been playing all season to host gm 7 versus Memphis. Their game plan against them was implemented all thev way back in the fall.

How's that Spurs first round upset looking these days?

Love that espn will be forced to talk about San Antonio and the Grizzlies. win win situation. They've been slurping the star driven teams so long, I will relish this series. Espn hates the Spurs, but if San Antonio wins this series - Duncan will have a chance to get his 5th ring, Parker number 4. If the Grizzlies win, then that's awesome too because they haven't won anything.

ESPN will say San Antonio is boring and old. Actually they have a lot of ball movement, exciting drives to the rim, and great passing/assists that are fun to watch. Imagine if the knicks had good plays, team ball movement like the spurs? they wouldn't suck so bad. And also the spurs are not old, just Ginobli and Duncan.

Had Spurs +900 to win the west, so will just hedge and enjoy the series.

On the ABC pregame show, Magic, Bill Simmons, and Jalen Rose all chose Memphis to win the series. Only Wilbon took Spurs.

Its definitely true.. Charles Barkley might seem stupid but he is very intelligent when it comes to basketball.. Through the last few playoffs hes said quite a few things that seem wrong. And hes almost always right
