The Lakers have been playing well on the road lately while Sacramento is not dominating its home court like it used to, so we look for the Lake Show to get the cover here in front of a national TV audience.
In fact LA is a very solid 7-2 ATS in its last nine games away from home, going a respectable 5-4 SU in those contests. The Lakers should also be relatively well-rested, as they have not played since a 10-point win over Philadelphia on Sunday. Granted they are just 6-7 SU on the road for the season, but the Lakers are only getting outscored by a scant average of 0.7 points per game while hitting a good 47.5 percent of their field goal attempts away from home.
Now the Kings have won four of their last five games, but they still a hardly imposing 10-7 SU at home this season. Also their four wins on their current streak have all come vs. teams that are either battling injuries or are short-handed (New York, Golden State, Denver, Philadelphia), so we feel that the Lakers represent a jump up in class for Sacramento on this spot.
