Been watching you goons post picks the last few weeks and decided I'd better join the action. Must say, some of you have skill and others, well, you need to take yourself out back.
Consider myself an amateur bettor, yet I've won a handsome amount of moola the past few months.
Here's my first pick for this forum.
Indiana Pacers +5½
Indy looks too good right now. Remember when everyone was saying they're the only real threat to the Heat? Well they still are...along with Chi-town apparently. Knicks too sloppy.
Oklahoma City Thunder -2½
Durant will go into freakmode and Martin will stay hot. Serge and Perkins will own the paint. Expect some elbows between Ibaka and ZBO tonight.
After the last game, what in the world makes you think Ibaka and Perkins will own the paint? Randolph and Gasol dominated on both ends of the floor.
Ibaka and Perkins: fg 2-16, 7pts, 12 rebounds
Randolph and Gasol: 15-30, 38pts, 20 rebounds
I still think Thunder are going to win here, but it won't be from Ibaka and Perkins owning the paint.
After last night I think we all know the Bone Spurs are dead and gone. Oracle Arena too intense for visitors, especially in P/O atmosphere. Curry for 35.
Chicago Bulls u90½
Bulls better enjoy that Game 1 winning sensation while it lasts because this series finishes out in Miami. Last night Belinelli led the Bulls with 13 pts...shameful. While Chi-town is sure to score over 78, the Heat will continue to pound defensively. Don't expect another 60% & 50% night from Miami either.
