    Overreaction May 6th

I know you were all drinking yesterday as I was working out ravenously, but are you guys fukking serious?

    Crowning Thibediou and the Bulls?

The Heat were not even interested, piss poor effort. Almost won without trying the entire game.

Do I know why their output was so lack luster? No. I'm assuming Stern told them to not win this series in 4. I gave Benny props because it was a good pick, but get real.

The Bulls may win 2 games now... is it really a big deal? Sure these guys should feel proud w/o Rose winning a game or two off the Heat, but who cares in the long run? They will be talked about for 2 days on SportsCenter and forgotten. The Heat will win this series in 6.. Hell if it goes to 7.. who cares? Miami will win. You guys are the same posters who jump on the Knicks nuts when they have a 15/30 3pt game...

Watch the game, realize when a team is playing well and then analyze the series.

Noah is a baller, Gibson solid bench guy. Butler very underrated. Robinson reminds me of JR Smith... They played well, Heat didn't give two sh*ts.

Heat win the series.. settle the fuk down guys. Thibideou is a good coach, not great. Rose is overrated too.. have said it all along. With Rose they wouldn't beat the Heat either.

Fukin lay off the crack fellas

You are going to seriously regret this thread Deemer. The bulls win the matchup battle at 4 out of 5 positions against the Heat even when we throw our fukkin B- squad out there. This team is Lebron vs. the world still. I'd rather have just about every starting two guard in the league over Wade at this point. The guy basically has to be a spot up shooter cause he is so fukkin slow. Only problem is he is a career 29% 3 pt. shooter.

Jump shooting will not win playoffs, hence why the Knicks suck, and why the Bulls have a chance to beat the Heat.

The bulls turn them into one, that's the point. Lebron can get to the basket, no one else has a prayer of getting by their defender consistently.

Dwayne Wade is literally a JJ Redick who can't shoot or play defense, its sad to watch.

I have said for 3 years Wade has been overrated, not a top 50 player..

has 24 one night and people says he's back but next 3-4 he scores 12-16... He is useless but LeBron, Battier, Allen, Bosh can get it done

No doubt the Heat CAN get it done. But honestly, the bulls have home court now, if Deng can play 4 games fully healthy, this series is a toss up. I think Lebron himself could get any team in the NBA to a conference final or maybe even to the championship. Gonna be a hell of a series.

I don't know. Think Game 2 will be an 8-12 pt win by Heat.

They will steal Game 3 or 4... Win 5/6

    Who is "crowning" the Bulls?

Thibs is a great coach. Period. He's getting the absolute most out of this team because he's one of the best coaches in basketball.

I don't think anyone is saying they're going to win the series though. Big difference.

It'll be interesting to see what the Heat do in game 2

Hopefully Deng can give Jimmy a couple of breathers

Just looked this up to prove a point across the street, thought it was worthy here.

Mo Williams last two seasons alongside Lebron average wins produced was 6.65. 4.25 wins above his career averages. Eliminate those two seasons, and the two seasons he played less than 1000 minutes, and his career average falls to 1.85 (don't eliminate those two years with less play, and his career average w/out dominant Lebron falls to 1.44)

Lebron greatly inflates his fellow players wins produced, and it isn't even a question. Take away 5 WP from Wade, and he falls directly in line with Pablo Prigioni, Tony Allen, and Tyreke Evans.

    http://www.thenbageek.com/players/132-mo-williams

And I would argue Lebron now inflates it closer to maybe 6,7 wins at the level he plays at now... putting DWADE damn close to JJ Redick this season.

Nice write up I was saying the same shit, you can clearly see Miami doesn't get a fukk about CHI, sweep in the 2nd round is such a bad look for the league so they had to get 1. But your points about Wade are outlandish, dude leads THE LEAGUE in blocks since 04' and hes a SG, his defense goes a very long way.

Heat down 0-1 were still -950 for the series.
Everyone KNOWS the Heat are going to win it 95% of the time even after losing a game.
But it's always fun to root for the underdog instead of the Divas.

Overreaction in a betting sense? I don't know how many people really bet the bulls SU to win game 2, but I bet it was insignificant. Even the biggest homer knew the Bulls were bound to be wrecked game 2.

That said, Tibbs and the Bulls deserved every bit of overreaction in a "fan" sense. They play with true grit, their coach is perfect for that team, and to tell you the truth - they remind me of what basketball used to be about.

So, fukk yeah I will "overreact" when they beat a bunch of pompus assholes from Miami. Fukk 'em.

no rose, no deng, no hinrich and Bulls won on their home court. how outmatched could they have been but yeah you're right, not a big win at all moron.

this thread reeks of you getting raped from game 1 and your Heat moneyline play most likely

like nocoin said, no one is saying Bulls win the "series"
