paul is way craftier than westbrook, a better defender, better passer, better shooter, and much much better with the ball. paul might have the best handle i've ever seen in nba history. probably even better than magic just as far as handle. obvioulsy not as a complete player.
if i remember correctly CP was shut down by Westbrook in the regular season. it is a bad matchup for LAC, not an advantage

If 26 points 8 assists and 4 steals is shutting someone down then yeah.

26 points 8 assists is less then 29 points and 10 assists. he only had more steals so overall westbrook was more effective in that game.
in the 1st game OKC and LAC have played, cp had 9 points and 9 assists in 43 minutes while westbrook had 23 points and 9 assists in 41 minutes.
It looks like westbrook dominates cp.

    0.4 1.3 34.8

    1.5 4.1 37.0

Unreal how bad Westbrook is, Durant and others carry that team.

Great sample size of 2 games....

I guess you already forgot about the 4 for 16, 9 point, 3 assist, 5 turnover game by Westbrook.

Or 31 points by Paul when Westbrook had 20.....

At least that's a sample of 4 games.

OKC will come closer to the Finals than the Lakers will of winning two rounds like you predicted.

    That's my prediction.

I think Lakers lose in first round and OKC loses in second round.

OKC could still win the West where as the Lakers have zero chance.

They can't...Even if they manage to get past Clippers, Spurs will be too much.

You're gonna be asking Durant to carry the team and even if he can, he might be able to do it against the Clippers, MAYBE. But a one-man show won't beat this Spurs team, unless they get some injuries of their own by then.

Yeah, I don't think they will either but people still think LA can beat the Spurs which is moronic.

OKC has a better chance of winning the West than LA does of winning more than two playoff games.

And Westbrook is requiring surgery. The meniscus injuries players have come back from in two weeks weren't the kind that required surgery. Best case scenario is probaby 4-6 weeks. He is most likely done the rest of the year.

Clippers/Heat Finals most likely. That's the matchup the league would want anyway.

Sucks Kobe, Rondo, and Rose are out too.
