Clippers lost and lost home court advantage?

The Clippers locked in the 4th seed yet, if they would have lost to the Kings last night then they wouldn't have had home court against the Grizzlies regardless of being a 4th seed? I don't understand. Memphis would have had the better record but, then why wouldn't they just move up into the 4th seed? Little confused on that. I know it doesn't matter since the Clips won but, what was up with that? Because they won their division?

If Clippers don't beat Grizzlies, its safe to say this team will be an epic fail. And coach is def. getting fired.

Yes, division winners are assured of a top-4 seed.
