i mean in NBA history.. all of it..
i can see where a big earner was helped in a single critical game...
or maybe the league back in the 80's liked the Celtics vs. the Lakers
because it generated so much interest, and really played a large role
in popularizing the game (when interest was tepid at best)
of course there was the infamous Game 6, Lakers over Kings..

so that Phil could repeat again..
but what we have all seen here in the last 2-3 weeks is mind-boggling and absurd..
game-,after game, after game, after game.. both calls and non-calls, all in favour Los Angeles..
look for more tonight and the rest of the year, just to make it safe.. for the NBA.
A team has to be ahead double digits after the 1st Qtr and stay there to win, it seems..
to beat them.
even sub .400 teams, playing on the road with players out, can't catch a break against
the mighty Stern REF juggernaut..
i was wondering if anybody can remember anything remotely approaching this level
of arrangement ?
