Jimmy the Moose: Back Bulls -5½ at Knicks

Back the Bulls -5½ at the Knicks

    Game Time: 12/22/2006 7:30:00 PM

With nine wins in their last 10 games, the Chicago Bulls look to keep that momentum going tonight at Madison Square Garden against the New York Knicks. With the Bulls owning a very profitable record in their last 30 games against Atlantic Division foes, and the Knicks woeful recently against the spread at home, take Chicago in this one.

The Bulls have won nine of their last 10, with eight of the wins coming at home. Chicago looks to carry the momentum on the road vs. New York.

Chicago (15-10) is on a five game tear through the league, topping Indiana, Seattle, Milwaukee, Atlanta and the Lakers. The win over the Hawks came on the road in overtime, and marked the Bulls' third straight away ttriumph.

New York (11-17) is coming off consecutive overtime wins at home over Utah and Charlotte this week. The Knicks will also have to make a fast getaway after this game as they play in Philadelphia on Saturday before they get their Christmas break.

The Bulls are 23-7 ATS in their last 30 vs teams from the Atlantic Division. New York is 5-13 ATS in their last 18 home games. In their last eight games vs teams from the Central Division, the Knicks are 2-6 ATS. In the last three meetings between the clubs, the Bulls have won straight up and covered each time.

    Play: Bulls -5½
