    How is Pacers -9.5 against Lakers tomorrow not a gift (no Kobe, no Gasol)???

    Seriously? I know the theory has hit this season that the team with the injured guys still cover. But come on now, the Lakers??? This squad is mad suspect without the black Mamba. It's like a couple years ago when the Cavs didn't have LeBron, and prior to the arrival of Kyrie Irving. Ok, maybe not THAT bad, lol. They do have Dwight.

    Well...the confusing thing is Kobe knows the Lakers are doomed if he doesn't play. He's still refusing to rule himself out for tomorrow's game. But honestly, chances are he's out for tomorrow. Only Kobe can preserve the Lakers' odds of making the playoffs.

    It's Pacers -9.5, not Lakers -9.5. It's still very good odds for Indiana in this spot though.
