    Why? I'm a DC native, a Wizards fan, and there is absolutely no reason the new-look Raptors coming off of an All-Star break that they could have used to fully put it together should be lined as a dog. All about the Wizards in this spot, it seems far too good to be true to be able to get >EV playing on Toronto. I grabbed Wiz -2.5 yesterday.
