Orlando Magic -8.5 @ -110 (4 units)
The Magic have great depth this season and were undeafted during the preseason, depth-wise Philly don't even come close. They do have Elton Brand back from last year and an improved Lou williams, however, they don't have a front court tall that will match it with Dwight. Look for a Orlando by double digits.

San Antonio Spurs -8 @ -110 (3 units)
The veteran team, like Orlando, have had some nice additions during the offseason. New Orleans will be mixing minutes with their new recruit, Okafor, who hasn't had any "gametime" with his new team mates. Spurs will exploit the miss matches they have with the Hornets and this should be a very easy victory for them.

Charlotte Bobcats +10 @ -110 (1 unit)
Boston is back home on the end of a back to back and will be pumped after the win against the Cavs. The Celtics have had trouble in the past covering the line at home against the Bobcats and haven't done so since 2005. I think Boston will take the foot off the pedal for this game, win but keep an eye out for the Bulls game on Friday.

ML Parlay - Atlanta ML/Spurs ML/Boston ML/Orlando ML -116 (1 unit)

Hey rag.....I have no time to look into the Heat/Nicks game at this moment, but last night I booked Heat -6......line currently -4.5 with 72% of public pounding on Heats. Something wrong with the line for this game. Vegas almost bankrupt to give away money like this.
I'm still at work, can't look much into it.....but the line is too fishy.

fade a team means to bet against them

yes, thats all that is 5x (same as 5u)

Toronto +7 (+103) - liked Raptors(underrated), Cleveland still very public coming off travel and tough loss the night before, faded the steam
Philadelphia +10 (-102) - same deal with fading the steam, missing Rashard Lewis hurts, 76ers may be underrated

they lost straight up last night - i'm not saying to autofade a team just because they play back to back. if your other factors line up, and back to back enters the equation, then i think its a smart bet.

Definitely agree wit the Bulls pick. Revenge factor from last year, yeah they've lost Gordon but they've got Deng back and rookie-Gibson is playing pretty well. Anyone know Rose's status for the game?

I disagree vehemently with the Bulls pick. There's no b2b situation with SA. They didn't play any game against the Hornets. It was a training session. Thursday's game is SA's first game of the season and they'll dispatch the Bulls with clinical efficiency.

Dex, can you explain your reasoning behind your Bulls pick? I've been struggling all day to figure out why this line isn't about -7 for the Spurs and I just don't see it. The Bulls are going to struggle this year.
