    Gambling help!!!!! NEED ADVICE

    So this is my first year engaging in sport biding. At first I started ok and went down 120, decided to put in another 20 bucks and see how that goes. I went from 20 to 300 , back to 200. back to 300. back to 150. back to 300 . You can see where im getting at. I keep on going back and forth and these last 2 days really bad as i lost 2 player props by 1 point.. Currently im at 20$. I started off on the nfl then really started making my money on NBA player props, so i started doing only NFL and NBA player props which i had success since i turned 20 bucks to 300 and kept on going back and forth from 150 to 300. Gambling is by far the most addictive thing i have ever done, ( experimented a lot with drugs) and Gambling is by far the most addicting thing i have ever done. Im really temped to throw in another 100 for sunday football but who know what will happen. Anyone care to share some rookie gambling problems or some advice for me? Greatly appreciate it .

    You are risking waaaay too much per wager. Rule of thumb is no more than 3-5% of your bankroll for a single wager not 30-50%. If you have $100.00 you should only be wagering $3.00-$5.00 per play. Sports betting is all about long term profits. Especially if you consider it addictive, by limiting your risk to just 3-5% you get to satisfy your "urge" every day instead of having to dig back into your wallet every couple days to re-load.

    No, i do take everyone advice to consideration but PROPS are just my thing, I just dont like spreads in the nbs b.c its to unpredictable. In football i like bidding on spreads more. Today was a great day so im bouncing back well!

    Only gamble if you have the money............VEGAS didnt build all those casinos losing money.......anyone here in this forum that says they win alot of money is just bullshitting you and lying. some people have lost their sense of reality.like my buddy who scratches off lottery tickets and spends a 100 to win 50! you havent won. he doesnt even relize it anymore hes so sccrewed in the head with the "win" its all fixed vegas gets the money...yea you might win a lil but they get it back and don't think anybody here is a millionare...they just pretend to be
