    He's trying to please everyone on the team instead of just telling the dumb phuckers to know their role. He'll learn. Stars start and bench players come off the bench when the stars need a breather.

    he is average imo. mike dunlap, lawrence frank, mark jackson, jacque vaughn, and dwane casey way worse

    i think he is improving but it's hard to tell because his team is stacked
