I am looking for a website that has CSV or Excel file's of NBA (or college) game statistics. I want to download them and analyze. I know many people have their own 'systems', so there must be a data dump of the NBA.

You can contact the NBA site admin. If he is allowed to give you the CSV or Excel file with the stats, he will. Or he will tell you how to get it. You can tell him that you need it for a project.
