Just a few of the people that can't follow the pretty simple rules posted above and on the first page. Hopefully the guy doing this can figure out what they are talking about.
Pretty simple to follow rules and make the work of the OP a little shorter.

It's not hard to understand. There are 5 rules. You say there is a hassle, but how hard is it to write.

You're doing good here, but have a problem understanding 6 rules. Just saying, The guy running this most likely does alot of work to keep everyones records, the LEAST we could do for him is follow the simple rules/formats.
And I'm sure there is absolutely no hassle to swing by this thread once a day and post a play...takes a couple minutes.
