Alex Smart: Side With Suns at Lakers

    Side With Suns at Lakers

With the Lakers nursing a lot of injuries, including to Kobe Bryant, the Suns are the smart play tonight in LA.

The Suns will bring their all out run-and-gun attack into Los Angeles tonight to face the Lakers.

Unfortunately, Kobe Bryant is not expected to play. If he does, he will be at less than 100%, thus giving a definite edge to the Suns.

Adding to the Lakers' injury woes is forward Vladimir Radmanovic (sprained hand) and guard Shammond Williams (abdominal strain). Both are questionable for this contest . Centers Kwame Brown (shoulder) and Chris Mihm (ankle), and guard Aaron McKie (back) are all expected to miss Tuesday's opening night battle. Advantage Suns.

    Play: Phoenix -4
