    NBA Season WINS Over/Under

Was looking at the list today, I am a bucks fan. So maybe I am some what biased in this but 36.5 wins seems like an easy over.

I expect them around 42 wins this year. Assuming they stay healthy, which they have not been the last two years.

Anybody else got any plays that are worth action

Monte Ellis is on the team. this guarantees a losing record.

lol, i said around 42 wins. i think 40 is a perfect number for them. it could be a-lot more depending on how are young players develop this year. Henson, and Harris, and even Saunders have looked better. Henson has such huge upside he could beat out Dalembert for the starting center job by the end of the season. Who knows about Udoh, he looked great before the trading deadline in G.S when he got starting minutes. Didn't look that good with us. We have so many PF/C's on this team. Just have to hope one of them develops. Also have to hope now that Illoysova is our starter and will get some more playing time, he continues to develop after getting a big pay day. He efficiency per minute played and PER last year was one of the highest in the league, and the highest on the bucks.

but you are right sir. Jennings/Ellis need to play well together. Ellis field goal percentage was terrible, after coming to Milwaukee. If they can't play well together use one of them as a sixth man. And don't have them on the floor at the same time.

How is Bucks height and rebounding ?

Vital in nba unless you have Lebron

They have a-lot of PF'/centers who are good on defense, average on offense. Henson and Dalembert are gonna be a huge help in that problem this year, but dalembert is old who knows how many minutes he can play and if he can stay healthy. And Henson everyone is saying is going to be a good defensive center, but his skills on offense are a work in progress.

most estimates have the bucks between 40 and 42 wins

dalembert looks tired, old, and lazy

henson looks terrific but has no bulk at all, awesome highlight reel shot blocks during training camp/preseason

i say the bucks go 45-37, yes this is coming from a season ticket holder but i'm usually pretty objective

not a big fan of betting win totals, there is just so much that can happen throughout a season. That being said, I would expect a healthy Bucks team to approach .500.

    digging a little deeper

bucks 2011-12 were 31-35 which would equate to 39-43
    bucks 2010-11 were 35-47
    bucks 2009-10 were 46-36
    bucks 2008-09 were 34-48
    bucks 2007-08 were 26-56

so 3 of the last 5 years they would be "under", but they had horrible injuries to top players every year

henson looks pretty injury prone, no practice for 2 weeks after the knee sprain tuesday

Should be close. I expect a 40-42 season, but still don't like tying my money up in these season long futures.

only play that i would tie my money up in is the under 42.5 atlanta hawks. eastern conference has good teams and i think losing joe johnson even though i dont like him as a player is going to hurt them he would hit a few buzzer beaters for them every year

I think the line is fairly accurate. Bucks don't have a very good front court and their ability to play small ball is woefully behind the rest of the conference. You need to have the ability to either go big, play small (think Heat with Lebron at the 4, although that is the extreme because of Lebron's once in a generation talent) or a combination of both. Bucks have the ability to do neither.

I like the under on the Bucks wins. Two above average guards is always tried and fail. It's a bad formula. Jennings and Ellis both think they are the star of the team. Ellis does not impress me in the least. He is probably the fastest player in the league, but that's it. Front court for the Bucks is BAD. I know it shows potential, but that's all. They are old. I don't see them winning over 36 games unless they play the Bobcats 37 times. Haha just kidding about that. But that's a non biased standpoint.

Stay away from it totally unless you like throwing money at a roulette wheel.
