Ian Dooley says that the Heat are not just America's team in basketball but America's team in general for all sports.
He says that Americans like superstars, and since the Heat have 3 superstars that Americans identify with the Heat as a team that they know and respect. Forget the Cowboys, Yankees, Lakers, he said, its all about the Heat and most of America will be rooting for the Heat to win here. He also says that Americans hate Oklahoma because they are a backward racist southern state that is behind the times, while Miami represents a repressed immigrant population, so there is a political angle as well because people will be rooting for the oppressed minority over the bigotted majority.
He also says that the Heat are going to blow away the Thunder and that you are an idiot if you think that the Thunder can win. He says that the Thunder won't be able to contain the Heat Big 3 and that Miami will win in 5 max, and the Thunder will never win a title because their small market prescence will not be able to attract or retain big names that will make a difference.
