It is almost too easy. Seriously after the embarrassment of having the Hornets being owned by the league and conflicts of interest all over the place, they finally sell the team to some sucker with more money than brains and whoa what do you know? They win the lottery from the fourth spot.
While the lottery odds are supposedly set it is funny that the team with the highest mathematical chance has only gotten the first pick 3 times since they went to this method in 1990. I will leave it to the math geeks to figure out the odds of that happening.
Seems to me the league picks a team to go number one and then lets the math do the remaining picks.
Because it is pretty obvious this was another back room deal where the first pick was a guarantee to anyone who bought this trainwreck of a franchise.
