    Best athlete ever in the nba. Not the best player though. Big difference.

    Doc couldn't get over the hump until Moses Malone came on board. Nobody takes that from doc. He was playing 1 on 5 for awhile too.

    I don't know. Dr. J was smoother, almost like he was gliding through air when he'd get to the rim. Pippen was more like Julias.

    Lebron is just way more power than either of those two. Neither Magic or Dr. J could attack the rim with that much force. Dr. J was the kind of guy that would go up in the air gracefully like you say and then use his length to change direction but kind of evaded the contact for the most part.

    Lebron is a guy that gets up in the air and just goes right through you. He wants the contact, and just as a pure athlete neither of those guys compare. He does have a little of the Magic in him with the ball handlng and the passing, not as flashy of a passer but definitely one of the best in the league today.

    Some of lebron's layups in the pacers series were reminiscent of doc. Smooth drives to the hoop with contact. If lebron wasn't under so much pressure to score the magic side would definitely show more.

    Yeah. He's a better scorer than Magic. I just think Lebron is much more power than Dr. J--who has more fines, better in-air moves, etc. We gotta remember Lebron's got about 40 pounds of muscle on J
