    Kobe won't do whatever it takes, the guy won't take a charge for the team, too afraid to get hurt, a "business decision".


    You think Kobe is a fiercer competitor than Jack Lambert, Ray Lewis or Ronnie Lott (who chopped off part of a finger so he wouldn't miss a game)?
    Emmitt Smith keeps playing with a separated shoulder, rushes for almost 200 yards and every breath was sheer pain.
    Jack Youngblood played three games with a broken leg, that's a competitor.
    Ernie Stautner had a compound fracture of his thumb, bone is sticking out, he tapes it up and keeps playing. He didn't tell the trainers because he didn't want to get pulled from the game.
    These guys are competitors.

    Kobe won't even take a charge and you rank him as 2nd fiercest competitor of all time?

    The refs last night showed how the NBA makes sure every series goes at least 5 if not 6 games. You couldn't even look at Kobe in the last 3 minutes of the game without sending him to the line. Meanwhile, you could pretty much mug guys in the lane and the thunder couldn't get a foul call. The one foul that really sticks out is when Kobe ran down the court and "bumped" into Harden. Barely any contact and they called a foul on Harden. It is really amazing to watch. Makes it hard to bet on.

    Also, how about the knee Metta dropped on Westbrook? And double T's are called. Good stuff I tell you. Hollywood can't write better scripts than this stuff.
