Is it possible that there will 0 championships for Heat Big 3?

Boston only won one. 1 could be the max. Wade is not the help that Lebron thought he was getting. Fall down 8 times get up 6 times.

They'll win one as a team whether it be this year or another year. Saying that, Bosh is overrated and Wade is 30 years old.... Not as easy as Lebron thought. I bet when he said they could win 5,6,7 championships, he could have a "do-over"

New cba could make other teams better than heat since heat can't sign anybody worth a damn because of cap ramifications.

Yep, other teams are younger, deeper and better role players. Mavs a team to watch the next few years. Who gets Harden?

It's more than just chemistry. You still win by putting the ball in the basket and stopping the other team from putting the ball in the basket. The Heat can still do that better than any other team when healthy. They have no depth and other scoring options. Haslem would not start for any other good team.

The Heat are going to have to think about some big changes if they don't win the championship this year; especially if OKC wins it.

I think they can keep the roster basically the same, but they will not stay better than the bulls as currently constructed as Noah, Rose and Boozer is replaced.

Bookmakers respect them, they were the favorites to win the championship for the past two years.

    Nothing else matters.

All you can do in sports is make sure you are favored to win and hope to get lucky. Period.

Seriously, what happened to that Heat team we saw at one point during the regular season stretch where they were running over the league, beating every team by 15+ pts consecutively.

Even Miami haters had to enjoy that team and it would've been amazing to see them @ the finals facing the Spurs. But this 'new' Heat team looks like a typical average Eastern conference team.

The Patriots have been favored to win the super bowl every year it seems for the last eight years and they have zero super bowl wins during that time. The bookmakers make a team favorites on paper and past knowledge but teams actually win championships by playing well on the field/court.

The Heat will do that every year during the regular season and a little during the playoffs. They seem to forget it is a marathon and not a sprint.

Because they only play when they want to play. If the heat would have heart like OKC they would be unstoppable.

If the Heat blow this Indiana series, on May 30th, Cleveland has a 13.8% chance of fulfilling Dan Gilbert's prophecy of winning a title before LeBron does..just saying

they have one more year, they wont winit this year, more than likely wont get past Indiana.

But they all have opt outs after next year, so who knows what they do. I have an idea wade and lebron might try and push Bosh out and get someone else, that seems about like thier style. But of course they could get an old vet like Nash or Kidd to come in after this season for peanuts to play point for them. But that looks like their best shot right now, the big 3 and a has been 4th. so the stigma will always be 3 wasnt enough

As a Cleveland fan, I am rejoicing in the Heat's failures. I can only hope and pray that the curse has gone to South Beach and that the Heat will be mired in mediocrity for years to come as long as Lechoke is on their team. Hopefully Cleveland will get the top pick in the draft and build around Kyrie Irving and make a run in the East. Knocking the Heat out of the playoffs next year would be fitting justice.

I have to believe that the Karma Gods will continue to unveil Ledick's inadequacies and ultimate failures

I doubt the team will win with the core of players and coaches they have right now. Last year Le Choke got into it with his coach, and crapped the bed in the post season. Now this year you have Le Bron choking, and Wade going off on his coach. They may be good in the regular season when not a whole lotta pressure, but in the post season, they can flush any type of championship down the crapper if this core of guys stick around.

i wish people would stop reasking this question. the opinions to it hold no value. a more valueable question would be - can the winnipeg bluebombers countinue they're trend of 12-8 SU and 15-4-1 ATS as a Home Dog?

If you don't live in Miami there is a good chance you are rooting for em to lose. They are too cocky and had a championship party on day 1... Tackiest thing in sports recently after The Decision.

But they could be the new Utah Jazz. Malone and Stock couldnt get by Jordan. Maybe Durant could be their Mike?

Don't think so. NBA very leveled nowadays. Tim Duncan is gonna win his 5th title at age 36 because he has a great coach and a good supporting cast.

Did anyone else on this forum except me called the Mavs last year? I doubt it. Game has changed, the best player on the planet has been cursed by karma. He also doesn't have the clutch gene.

Possible but unlikely...much like any other fan of the sport there are few things that would make me laugh like Lebron not winning a championship with Miami..

however. with a healthy bosh, wade, lebron this team is still pretty damn good. Their signings haven't worked out, but every year they will get 2-3 vets who'll play for them for the minimum and its only a matter of time one of those vets actually produces and gives them a nice supporting cast.

They'll put together a team that can win in the next couple of years.

On the other hand, maybe the Bulls, OKC and a couple of other teams will too...So what I'm trying to say is, who knows?

The Bulls and OKC had what it takes to be the 80s Celts/Lakers.

Everyone keeps sayin Miami is full of scrubs but they got some players! Chalmers is an NBA PG. Battier is an all defensive player. He and Miller are shooters. Bosh is in the front court. You could argue this team has more than MJ's Bulls on paper. Stacey King? Cartwright, Wennington, Longley?
