Taking the Pacers to win the east tomorrow morning...

As soon as this line comes out, I'm going to jump on it - hopefully in the +500-800 range. I lost alot of value with the pacers win tonight but I wanted to be sure that Miami's offense would struggle without Bosh. On the road, the role players for miami will play much worse so unless wade/james can score 80 points, this series is over. The winner of boston/76ers will not pose too much of a threat, Boston has a punchers chance but is battling injuries and fatigue.
I will also place a future on a pacers v spurs finals matchup. Bad for NBA in terms of marketing but these teams are most likely the best remaining in their respective conferences. Will be a much smaller amount because I am worried if OKC can get hot from range. I don't think their firepower can match the spurs ball movement. Much like Dallas last year, alot of people ignore the veteran team with great ball movement.
Before you call me a lunatic, I placed a sizable wager on a heat v dallas final in the conference semi's last year after game 1 for +250, I also got had a large chunk on dallas to win it all +210 near the end of the conference finals.
This match up may not hit but I see it as a good time for a value future bet right now

    food for thought.

in the boston series you could take philly +130

in the pacers series you could take pacers +400? or whatever it will be.

ONE of these is going to hit . plus money either way...

Is the +400 current or yesterday? I didn't get a chance to see how the lines were adjusted after the bosh injury

The fact that there were two LA teams in 7 game series in round one and one may make it to the Western Conference finals (and possibly another 7 game series or two this round) plus the Knicks boosting revenue may make this a legitimate possibility. Basketball wise I can see it happening. I was actually going to point out the fact that the Heat odds to win it all hadnt changed today with Bosh down.

I forgot to mention, that I believe coaching is huge in the playoffs, although not much experience I like Frank Vogal alot better than spolestra, Popovich is the best coach remaining - I think that goes without saying though

The bosh injury is still being underplayed, I believe its a bigger loss for this team than Rose for the bulls. Bosh added size, rebounding and floor spacing. Heat have a bunch of 3 pt shooters but they are average players at best (miami has a 3-10 that is by far the worst in the playoffs), the pacers can just clog the lanes and force miami to hit jump shots. Miami has 2 great players but their game is contingent on good floor spacing that opens up driving lanes. Neither is a great 3 pt shooter and although they have the ability to hit jumpers- statistically it is the least efficient shot in basketball. With the pending homecourt advantage, I believe the pacers will take down the heat

just guessing what it will be tomorrow morning. even with series tied, pacers series will surely be +300 or +400? just guessing at this point till the line comes out

I'm not much of a futures guy but i would say the winner of the mia indy series is a shoe in to win the east.

Can you parlay Western Conference winner with Eastern Conference winner as well as team to win it all anywhere?

Got Indy to win eastern +775 @ 5 dimes
Spurs v Indy finals matchup +1200
and put some on Spurs to win championship +255
I like the spurs ball movement, coaching and shooting- reminds me alot of dallas last year

Seems like some good value, I put a small ammount at pacers to win east at start of playoffs at +2200 as they seemed somewhat underrated at those odds, the Bosh injury might give it a good shot. Think I'll put a little on the other two of your picks as well.

Would the 3 put together in a parlay provide different odds vs the finals matchup parlayed with spurs to in championship?

It should be the same odds as if you parlayed the series's, if the books have their math right

Lines really adjusting in my favor so far, pacers to win the east is down to +285 due to the outcomes the last couple of days. Tomorrow will be a huge factor is success of these futures
