Did mayweather really bet 1.8 million on clips +6?

What should we make of this, will this give the grizz better odds?

    can't wait till he's broke

and its going to happen eventually

    the fights will end

    the money train will end

and he will still be betting millions on games winning 10% of the time

This is true. And the clippers have no chance of winning this game. More prove of how awful FLoyd is at handicapping. Great Great boxer, horrible money manager. Too impulsive, Too ignorant, Too erratic.

Favorite fighter but seems he needs to chill with the flashiness, yet he's been doing it so long I see no stopping him. Seems to need attention.

Didn't he do this same thing w/ the Nets earlier this year? I remember during Linsanity the Nets played in Madison Square Garden, and he put HEAVY cash on Nets plus the points, and the Nets won SU.

BTW, I hope Cotto knocks his ass out next week.

How do they have no chance at winning, so you took Memphis ML for your entire bank right?

he could make another 50 mil if he just agreed to fight pacquiao, but hes too scared. says he wants a 75%-25% split because hes the bigger draw. pacquiao agreed to 50-50 and mayweather turned it down.

He's not scared, its Pac who wont agree and seems he doesnt want the fight. Floyd is the bigger draw.

i agree floyd is the bigger draw, but no way 75-25 is fair. this fight could generate over 100mil in gate and pay-per-view. and from what ive read, pacquiao has already said he would fight him.

Memphis doesn't cover pointspreads. It's simple as that and Money Mayweather knows it's $$$time

not to mention all his sports bets, he also strolls into casinos with his entourage with 500k in cash and hits the craps table.

One favorite will go down in flames, here it is. If you don't believe in the law of averages then bet all the favorites the rest of your life and go retire. I know I would, but it doesn't work like that. Good luck!

Mayweather is pretty good at managing his money. He has some good investments that earns him interest every month. He's a savvy gambler, picking his spots. I'm sure he loses more than he makes but that's chump change with his money.
