PR9 i honestly think your evaluation of how the Celtics look in the pregame is always influenced by hindsight. you say how they looked, whether good or bad, after the game is over or halfway through. maybe i have just missed a few of the posts that gave pregame thoughts on their body language. to be honest, when the celtics were at warriors a couple weeks ago they looked lethargic as hell during warmups and were not looking like a tight knit group at all. they shot lights out and beat the warriors in a close one that went like 20 points over the total.

that being said, i do like the bucks a lot here.

Knicks, Raptors, Net, Cavs, Warriors, Trailblazers

In the Bucks recent run when have they faced a half decent defense?

no. good point. celtics will slow it down, kg will get rebounds, and rondo will have space to work his assist magic. celtics need to make their shots though, which is always sketchy.
personally i would rather slam marquette or grizzlies though. maybe cincinnatti and the points.

Don't know where you're trying to get at, but here's one of them which I posted right at the tipoff... Link-

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/nba-basket...oston-2-a.html

following post was with ATL "IN THE LEAD". anyone who watched that game knows BOS never led in the 1st H - it was either tied or ATL with a lead in a defensive struggle.

Placed twice my usual high bet of 5u, to 10u ($1000) for that game (as posted in the link). With how confident I am in reading Boston early.

had other posts about it but there's one with wager added

    BOL

I like the Celtics play here, LB... I'm hopeful and optimistic this catches for you... the line is set right, IMO however. The Drew Gooden show will end tonight with the Big Ticket. Ray will hopefully be hitting, Pietrus, etc.. I like the matchups in favor of the Celts.

Bucks started off the super Ats record with a 2pt buzzard beater from chi towns best Derrick rose. Chicago also the best d in the league so bucks can run with good D teams ...

A line moving .5 isn't too big of a deal.

Lines move. It's the nature of the beast.

My biggest bet of the year was on UTA against Weber St.

The line more a full poor against me and Weber got pounded before tip. I still won my bet.

what i was saying was that there have been numerous times where after a Boston game you have posted in one thread or another that you personally knew they would cover or not before the game started. all you had to look at was their body language. didn't mean any disrespect. you give a lot of good insight that i enjoy reading. bol tonight.

If you're on Boston tonight, you have to love the fact that 90% of the board seems to love the Bucks.

It kind of reminds me of a few days ago when I took Boston on the road against Atlanta. I'm pretty sure everyone was telling me Atlanta would kill them.

    What happened?

As for this game, I really don't have a good feel for it. I don't like that this is Monta's first game in Milwaukee since the trade. The place should be energized. Likewise, I don't like the fact that Boston has a game they might be looking forward to tomorrow against Philly.

This is a tough one for me. I think I might just play Cincinnati in NCAA hoops. I'm starting to warm up to the Bearcats in that matchup.

I think the two games are a little different. Boston matches up real well with ATL, I think MIL poses a harder matchup for BOS. But yeah it is similar in the fact that everyone was against Boston then, and it seems the same here as well.

Should be a great game, a lot at stake for both teams, probably won't even watch it though because of the March Madness games. I kind of get a feeling that MIL will either win by double digits or lose SU.

Agreed about matching up with Atlanta. That's why I'm not taking Boston tonight.

I also agree about Boston winning or losing by double digits. I feel like if they don't cover, it will be because they got blown out. I might wait until halftime to get a feel for the game.

Thinking the same thing. What seems to be a better deterrent for Pinny, high juice or a half point higher? I'm not much of an expert when it comes to Pinny. I'd guess people get more scared from the high juice.

I have noticed one thing. When other books move a line and Pinny just juices the hell out of it, the side that is juiced typically loses.

Boston +3.5 looks like a better play than Milwaukee -3.5 juiced imo, especially when other books have moved to 4 and Pinny is content staying at 3.5.

Last night the Wiz were at +7 at -119 juice. But that may be too early to pay attention to the whole juice thing. But yeah, I've noticed the same. Last year GoldenGreek had "Pinny Plays," and they are anytime Pinny juiced a team to a certain extent (i think anything higher than -120), I think they hit at like a 65% rate.
