The Heat almost always score over 100 at home and just laid down about 105 on the Mavs. I see this going over...

Will see this is the only bet that popped out to me...........Miami's d will be all over them and Boston is still a defense first team gonna be real physical........If this gm goes over I'll agree it's gonna be because of Miami going on a scoring spree but I see a real physical gm and hopefully the refs swallow the whistle............Also I'm not impressed with Miami putting points on Dallas opening night put no stock into that at all complete new team first game and raising the banner

I would take Miami-9 but backdoors can kill you these games when they take out lebron and wade

Agreed, this line does have the potential for a backdoor. I could see the Heat dominating this game and then the starters getting pulled in the 4th only to let the Celts get a backdoor cover.

Celtics 3-9 o/u last year (5-8 in 2009, 4-12 in 2008) on the road off one day's rest vs. opponents on one day's rest
Heat 4-9 o/u last year (5-8 in 2009, BUT 8-4 in 2008) at home off one day's rest vs. opponents on one day's rest

Heat v. Celtics in 2010 regular season
    80-88
107-112 (Ray Allen and LeBron James both had 35 pts in this game)
    82-85
    100-77
    Totals of: 168, 219, 167 and 177

    Lies, damn lies, etc.

I always like the under with these two teams. Both play a lot of defense. I'm not one to bring up all these stats on the over/under, but I do know they both play defense.
