    what up Dex. just got back. was a blast. i have a good feeling about that opportunity.

    PLAY 47: KINGS @ SPURS: SAC KINGS +11 (-110) RISK $165 TO WIN $150

    I feel this is too many points to be giving to a Kings team that matches up well with SA. The Spurs can't win games by large margins unless they dominate the perimeter, which is definitely a possibility tonight but I just don't see it happening against the Kings. The matchups are not in the Spurs favor and I see this being a pretty close game the whole way through. Spurs are not a good team without Ginobli and that will show sooner or later as the season progresses.

    Davis is attending his grandmother's funeral and will not make it back to Orlando in time for Friday's game against the Lakers.

    Turkoglu is suffering from back spasms and missed Wednesday's game against the Spurs as a result. He will not play Friday against the Lakers.

    Richardson missed his third game in a row after he was forced from Thursday's game against the Warriors with a sprained left knee. He remains questionable for Friday's game against the Lakers.

    Updating a previous item, Jason Richardson (knee) is a game-time decision on Friday.

    Stan Van Gundy was hopeful that he'd play but Richardson said "it's up in the air still," regarding his return. Richardson described the injury as "a little bit of soreness," but is confident he'll be able to play. If he can't go, J.J. Redick will draw the start once again in his place.

    PLAY 49: Mavs/Hornets OVER 172.5 -110 RISK $275 to win $250

    This number is way too low. I think the Mavs score 95 in this game and the Hornets should be motivated too, especially Kaman. Beabouis should get a lot more minutes now that Carter is hurt and I believe that is actually better for the Mavs. Carter is done. He is way too inconsistent and Rodney is a starting player in this league imo. The guy can catch fire instantly. With the Hornets size down low I think that could cause a few problems for the Mavs and NO should be able to get some easy buckets in the paint espeically with Dirk being a defensive liability with that sore knee. This won't be a fast paced game at all but both teams will be efficient.

    PLAY 50: Minnesota +11.5/Dallas Total OVER 168.5 Risk $110 to win $100

    PLAY 51: Memphis ML/OKC ML -190 Risk $95 to win $50

    I will be taking the pistons later if either guard Rodney Stucky or Will Bynum play. The blazers main weakness is raymond felton at the point and I think that even the rookie, Brandon Knight, will expose Felton tonight. Ben Gordan is not himself and that's why I want to see if Stucky will play because he will make Mathews work on the defensive end. With the pistons long, tall front line, Aldrich won't be having a 30-20 knight. Crawford will likely have a big game here as I don't see anyone on the pistons that can guard him 1 on 1. But still, this is a pretty good spot for the pistons if they can get one of their two key guards back in the rotation.

    PLAY 54: LAKERS ML -240 RISK $480 TO WIN $200

    This is only the second ML play like this of the year, but I'm confident the Lakers will win this game. Pacers are going to toy with the idea of having Paul George guard Bryant, and while Bryant has struggled against long defenders like George throughout his career, I think whoever guards Bryant tonight will be irrelevant. Dhantay Jones will probably get some extended minutes in this game. This guy is one of the most aggressive defensive guys on the defensive end in the NBA, but trust me, Bryant is gonna make plays either way. Also, they have George Hill, who used to guard Bryant at times when he was on the Spurs. Please. Bryant will abuse Hill if the Pacers toy with that idea. All and all the pacers strength lies in their ability to cover the sg position with a variety of guys.

    David West is far too short to be guarding Gasol I think. Gasol can really shoot over the top of him at any time. Hibbert against Bynum here is a big mismatch for Bynum. Hibbert is not powerful enough to guard Bynum in the post and would be more effective on a lanky big man like Gasol. Collison might pose a problem for Fisher and the Lakers but I think the interior D will be solid enough to force him into some tough layups. Artest and Barnes will do a decent job on Granger who is a pretty slow footed forward. Artest can't handle explosive players anymore on the defensive end but Granger is a kind of laid back step back jump shooter and Artest is pretty familiar with him and Pierce and other sf with that style. The Pacers have a pretty solid bench.

    The Pacers have a solid bench with Hans and the aforementioned guys. All in all I see the Lakers starters especially Bynum and Gasol playing very well in this game. Hibbert should be in foul trouble early and often and that will leave Hans or Amundson the next best option and neither of those guys (including West) will be able to stop the two towers.

    I'm thinking the Pacers might get a backdoor cover here so I'm not messing with the spread.
