My thought on the Blazers/Nuggets game is a wait and see thing. I have to watch the 1st half and then make a determination. Even with Batum out the Blazers have a huge talent gap over the Nuggets with the minute restrictions involved. One would think that the altitude will get to the Blazers in the second half, and hopefully the Nuggets are down by a nice margin for a sweet 2nd half price with them catching points or a PK because of the Blazers market value and an early exhibit of their dominance thereof. This one may end up being a mind over matter type of deal...Comment -

As far as the Nuggets are concerned-there is a lesson to be learned in losses. One of the ones to learn for today is that the Nuggets are paired unequally with their coach-so he isn't able to reach inside of these George Karl players and summon their best play. It would be best to overhaul the roster or get rid of Shaw. But the way that things are isn't gonna work. He is a defensive minded coach coaching offensive minded players. It sounds like nothing but it is something. The tell tale sign is that this team should have no reason to "jell" because all of the players have been playing with one another for quite some time...
Leave this team alone-they aren't even good for time zone/altitude bets, which is a deal breaker for myselfComment -
