    Both teams suck lately. But, we do have this to go by:
    SACRAMENTO: 22-11 ATS after having lost 4 of their last 5
    TORONTO: 14-29 ATS when the total is greater than or equal to 200

    Since they are playing in Sacramento, I guess Sac is the play.
