    lebron does have great defense. he can guard under the basket and the fastest pgs on the outside. regardless of his position or size this guy puts down some lock defense. it should be a good match up against the german

    How could you forget Rodman, one of the best defensive players in the league for many many years. For his size he was capable of shutting most anyone down. I think he could handle Dirk or Lebron because he was smarter than people think and got in players heads...oh and he was fukin crazy...still is

    LeBron is technically listed as a SF, but he can lock down almost any 1-4s on the court because he is so athletically superior.

    Some of the best defensive guards ever were Jordan and Dennis Johnson.

    Dont sleep on the 93'-95' Sonics either. Hard to think of a team that has had better defense from the PG spot all game. Gary Payton to start, and then Nate McMillian off the bench!

    Good point. Rodman was a great GUARD. The offense always ran through him and was always on the 1 or 2 guard defensively. Thanks for the insight.
