    Other than the fact that they're both originally from the south side hoods of Chicago & both great players, they don't have a whole lot in common personality wise. They're both very sharp on the court. I'd say that Dwyane Wade seems to be a bit more of a selfish dude lately, and you can definitely tell that he likes to get his party on a lot more than the much more simple Derrick Rose.

    They "seem dumb" but you have to be extremely intelligent to make the plays that they make. How many millions of players have the same athleticism as they do, yet they come nowhere close to their abilities.

    The reporter was giving him a simple out, that many other players would'a jumped on. Rose would have none of it and didn't take the bait. I think he was a lot sharper than the reporter gave him credit for. You get a lot of the national press at these type games (may have been the case here) that really don't know what the fuk they are doing.

    Now after game 1, I believe Wade had no trouble throwing his bench under the bus. I don't hate him, he just doesn't exactly have strong character.

    Academics has more to do with where you come from imo. I don't know if they're smart or not, but both are terrible interviews
