Anyone else think Miami laying 7.5 is a joke?
Obviously Miami is the sharp play. But the Heat have had their struggles from time to time this year as we all know and to be willing to give 7.5 to an experienced team with a lot of pride is a huge leap of faith. IF Miami is firing on all cylinders, they are capable of winning this game by 10 or so but who's to say that they won't play flat like they did so many times this year?

I know the line movement says so. And I know that if I'm going to use line movement to make plays, i need to do it consistently and not just when i want to. But this line feels like a trap for the big bettors to me because they will almost all be on Miami. Are you taking the Heat?

a square is a person constantly taking bad numbers. so +6.5 falls into that category
Boston hasn't been consistent for months... because if they were, they wouldn't have been a 3rd seed and down 3-1 against the Heat... Not to mention their experience should have kicked in during game 4, on their home floor..

if game is fixed- they dont come close to covering

I hate to say this t-wizz because I have my Boston series bet, but the C's are done. The Heat aren't about to go back to Boston, and they know they need to make a statement and wipe this team out once and for all. I don't think they let up on the gas tonight and win going away, unfortunately.

Obviously the odds are stacked against the Cs. The things they have going for them are experience, pride, and heart. Is that enough to overcome this deficit? I HIGHLY doubt it, especially with all of the injuries. But they will not just roll over and die, like some people here think. I wouldn't be surprised if they win tonight and lose game 6.
I'll take the Cs ML for a unit at +315, just because I think it will be close in the 4th. Might be able to get a good hedging opportunity on Heat ML (like last game) and guarantee profit.

Alot of points, question is will the Eastern Conference Champs lay down. An interesting play if the Celtics show up will be Garnett over 15.5 points. Doc Rivers wants this guy to shoot 20 times because of the matchup with Bosh, he owns Bosh. He only shot 10 times last game (1-10) and everything was outside of 10 feet. He needs to get on the block and work Bosh like game 3. One thing I do know is Doc Rivers will lean heavy on Garnett, I would not be suprised if he takes 25 shots tonight. Anyways good luck.
As a big Celtics fan it pains me to say that they don't have the bullets that Miami has right now.
Pierce was a one man show for BOS in game 4 and that won't change much in game 5. MIA has 2 guys who will be at free throw line all game long.
On top of that, BOS isn't hitting the 3 ball and there is no way that Wade/James and company want to go back to Boston to play another game in the arena that they've had so much past sorrow in.
Noco, are you hedging at all tonight with Miami? A lot of juice (~-400). Also, if they lose and win the next game, you are down even more. With all this in mind, I am hedging and feel Miami ends things tonight.
