    I'm saying that if you look at Portland's game history, there's a very distinctive trend of strong 1Qs and 4Qs. It's like they're an entirely different team compared to 2Q/3Q. Coincidently, Dallas really excels in the 2Q/3Q on average so the swings in this game and in Game 4 were predictable to a certain extent.

    Portland is leaving it all on the floor tonight and Wallace/Aldridge/Roy are all excellent under pressure. Good players making great shots when their team needs them. Dallas is still playing to win and will.

    I'm well aware of that, but you should never give up a 4 PPM pace for six-plus minutes trying to protect a lead -- ever.
