Invest in Nuggets to win the west for $100 dollars

So you can hedge them later in the Western conference Finals if they meet the Lakers. The Nuggets are more than capable of beating the Thunders, especially with Affalo and Birdman back in the line up. And they definitely can beat the Spurs if the met in the 2nd round. It's a small investment considering the reward that you will reap if it hits, on a team that is more than capable of accomplishing such feat.

Here's the books odds on the Nuggets to win the West.

Diamonds +995=$995 not sure why it is so low here, but Diamonds giving the Nuggets a lot of respect here

    Bet Jamaica +2400=$2400

    You Wager +2800=$2800

    Intertops +2800=$2800

    5dimes +2750=$2750

West is a total clusterfuck of above average teams, mixed with the elite. Then there is the Hornets.

They may be worth a shot at 27 or 28 to 1, but I don't see it at 10:1. May put a bit on them just for the odds.

they need to control and push the game's pace every time. Their depth will ruin other teams for future series' even if they lose

This isn't the regular season anymore. They aren't going to win games by 20-30 points or expect their opponents to lack motivation. They're a great unit, full of talent, they still have a lot to prove character wise when they are force into a tough spot.

There's a lot of things that could or might not happen. But risking $100 at 28 to 1 is great odds not matter how you want to cut it, especially if that team has the capabilities to get to the West Finals.

They certainly are rolling ever since the Melo trade, not sure how it will translate to playoff ball though, without having a true go-to player. Still worth the investment, 28 to 1 could be very useful down the road...

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't even get pass the first round, let alone win the entire Western conference.
