Orlando Game Today Taught Us A Very Important Lesson

no matter how much a game may seem like a blowout, always pounce on the lines first second they come out

those who were smart with this game got it at -2.5 and still ended up getting their money (Despite every break imagineable going to Orlando and Bulls barely giving any effort)

You never know which games are gonna be close, so pounce on lines as soon as possible to avoid close losses ATS

played their hearts out? only one who did that was derrick rose.

I got it at -2.5, wow, really pays to scout the lines the night before the games

bulls are the best rebounding team in the league and gave up like 15 second chance points

that's only reason this game was close. If Noah and Boozer gave any effort, bulls would have won by 16

there was just zero effort on the glass today by Chicago. Not to mention all the silly turnovers

wow, when was that? way back in December.

Since then Bulls beat magic by 9 (with Howard), by 8 (with Howard) and today by 3.

I wouldn't necessarily say that, we all know that Orlando is. A jump shooting team and mostly 3 pointers, with jump shots come long rebounds, the offense more times than not get long rebounds.

the bulls are an extremely dominant rebounding team

there was no excuse for what happened today in terms of booze and noah getting annihilated on the glass by guys like Ryan Anderson (who are nowhere near big or strong enough to hang with guys like noah)

just very poor effort by the chicago bigs. This should have been a blowout

All I learn is to get the best bang for your buck. If you want to play a team and spread jumps about 2 or more points, that's losing value and a big no thank you to such game. Never pay for retail unless you can afford to.

    Lesson learned.

So much so that Orlando is ranked 22nd in the league in offensive boards, and thats with Howard.

The 12/24 3 point shooting against the #1 ranked team in defending the 3 point line is 1 thing. Orlando has some streaky guys, so they can be hard to defend when they catch fire.

But the #1 rebounding team in the league giving up 16 offensive boards is something else.

Orlando was shooting lights out and Richardson just couldn't miss. Their offense kept them in the game big time. D. Rose was incredible as usual for Chicago. Good ML win, but my -5 spread ended up being a loss which sucks.

Noah isnt 100% that has some to do with it and Minnesota leads the league in rebounding not Chicago.

Bulls are #1 in rebounding differential, which is what matters.

Yes by 0.1 Min is head in boards/game. Bulls are however #1 in rebounding rate which is pace adjusted. Minny is 7th. And i cant find the stats but it think they mentioned that the Bulls are also #1 in rebounding margin. So they are the best rebounding team in the league.

I agree that Noahs ankle was probably the reason he didn't play much today.
