Looks like an accident from that video, tried to get out of the way and bam caught him with the right side tire. Right rear tire to be exact, don't know how that would be intentional

yeah i see no charges coming out of this, for one this guy comes running out of his car onto the race track, and actively tries to get in the way of Stewarts car. Then he gets hit accidentally by the side of his back rear tire. how the hell would this be intentional. people always jumping to conclusions on the internet.
