    Also, the nascar website doesn't update the lineup when cars need a new engine & have to start in the back. What source can you get this info te fastest, or do you just have to wait for the broadcast on Speed or Fox?

    jayski.com has the info pretty fast.

    Watching practice is the fastest way to find out though.
