    I went to the Customer Service desk at my local Walmart and asked them how much I could get down on Oregon tonight. After speaking with several "Managers and Security Personnel" I found out that my Walmart will not take bets yet. They were intrigued by the idea though and will take it up at their next meeting.

    I think he goes there to get a ** to send offshore. He only deposits at offshore. Never cashed out. He gives them $200 a week once his paycheck comes in. It's a disease but the books are happy to take his money and he has fun losing his money. Win win situration.
