Joe Farley, a 20-year-old jockey based at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, was killed early morning Feb. 26 in a one-car accident. No further details were available at this time.
Farley, who was tied for 11th in the Penn National standings this meet, had won 141 races during his brief career.
