#10 Teen Elvis

Rapidly improving horses on 2nd time lasix. Last week he has the 10hole also. He blasted out to a quick quarter of :27 and settled in 3rd. The horse in 4th went first over and at the half he was bottled in 6th on the rail. At the stretch he was bottled in 8th on the rail. He swung through the horses in the stretch to go about 5wide and closed very strong to finish 2nd. andy Miller is a pretty good driver and I expect him to blast again.

Cons: Obviously the 10hole sucks at mlands. He is in against some strong horses and sports an 8/1 ML. He tucked 3rd pretty easily last week and went wide in the stretch with a little luck.

Pros: 2nd lasix. Closed very strongly last week on a night in which closers did not fare so well. Lost momentum ducking and weaving but still had tons in the tank. Was over halfway down the stretch before he used the whip(needed room) and when used you could see the explosion.

well that sucked. ended up 5th with the worse trip you can have. Blasted and settled 4th. Went first over at the quarter and parked 1st over the entire mile. Raced pretty well considering. I will really crush him next week if he can get a decent post position.

Nice play. It only makes it tougher to lose after
hitting the first two legs. To bad the ten horse
couldn't do his part.
