Cartoon horse racing is a big money-maker for the books over here. Punters even discuss the form of virtual horses with each other in the shops. You couldnt make it up

I play a bit sometimes myself. It's very convenient (read, too convenient) I don't even have to leave my house.

I can download a form from DRF, or download a free program for Harness racing, fund my Canadian -Woodbine horseplayer betting account with my credit card online and watch/bet races from NY, CA, FL, LA, OH, KY, IL, NJ, etc, as well as Canadian, Australian, Hong Kong and South African tracks and my money goes into the host track pools and I recieve track payouts, to collect I drive ten minutes to the local off track or the track itself and get my cash.

I just don't understand horses......and how to handicap it. Seems like the kind of thing that you've got to live the horse life to really get to know it. Ya know, hanging at the track. Doing tons of homework. Seems like a lot of work. Maybe I'm wrong. Hats off to those who find success in it.

Why drive so far? The gas you use is not worth it as you can bet with it at home instead.

One of the highest natural highs I can get is listening to Trevor Denman's voice. He should come out with a CD of his best calls. (They would have to sprout wings to catch this guy....)

Also if you've never seen jjgold's video describing how these guys in Vegas with a sure fire horse picking system picked him up at his hotel in an '87 Plymouth....you must get some popcorn and have a look at that vid.

Offshore places are a ripoff and not allowed to bet right into the gate.

bris blocked to many tracks thats why i switched to youbet so i could bet on the new york tracks but still have to use bris for churchill.would never use offshore for horses they have to many restricions, and caps on payouts

bbyhill your exactly right limits on what you can win on payouts, I do like Bet Jamaica when it comes to horses because their limits are very good and you even get a rebate on your plays there also. I just wish there was dime supers at some of the off shores, that would be great. Bet Jamaica has the highest limits on the horses that I have found and they always pay you too.

i actualy won $25 from betjam football contest and made an ex at cd rc 1 yesterday and hit it so i will probably play a pk3 or 4 at aq today on betjam. another problem is you cant post up to the minute have to have bets in way early but alright for multirace wagers

Why do I drive so far? Well, I have TVG, they won't show Churchill races. I live in Mississippi so I can't bet horses except with offshore books. I drive to New Orleans so I can bet all tracks (I usually just bet two or three) and watch them all run. I will switch from DIRECTV to DISHNET after football season, they have TVG and HRTV.
