    Do any books offer live streaming racing? Banned in DC

    I received a discouraging email from a friend stuck in DC "No, I'm out of action. The AG here in Washington has banned residents of the District from wagering, even on the legal horse racing sites. I was with Betpad, run by Churchill Downs and they sent me my money back with a letter informing me of the AG's action. "

    I know there are several available racebooks but he is interested in one that also offers live streaming races.

    Any ideas?
