These races suck. Short fields with big chalks.

I'm on Miss Shop (small play) in the Gazelle with favorite Ginger Punch, simply because Miss Shop has won me some cash this year dating back to Gulfstream.

But I think Miss Shop will fare better around 2 turns in the Distaff at Monmouth than 1 turn at Belmont. There is plenty of speed to set up her late run, but her best races have been away from Belmont Park.

Passing the other races, although waiting on an AE in Race 6 with 2nd half of Linda Rice entry Prairie Melody in a MSW on turf.
