Madison's uneducated observations FWIW
Watch replay of first timer (I believe) MSW at AQ. R4 Sukoon. Stumbled badly right after break, back close to 12-15 lengths and made steady drive. Added to my stable.
Was given Barber Road in OP feature. Tough company but nice last and looks like the distance won't hurt. Other veteran friend loves Secret Oath but pretty short money.

I had a theory that I never really followed up on but would love any insight. Basically it is shorting teams coming off long 7+ , maybe 10+ better, and failing in their 1st game back. I think it applies elsewhere, but essentially the returning team hasn't seen, mom, kids, etc and for a short period (a day or 2) gets distracted taking care of mama and the kids??
I've heard of this angle. Going to add to my capping stable. BOL Madison in wherever you invest, long term or 30 mins.

Yeah another likely short price. Very green in last. Shuffled/Spooked? back 4 lengths in first MSW. Then got taken well wide and came strong at 5.5F. 6F today but a little bigger field. Sometimes I get befuddled as to why jocks get boxed in trying to save ground? and they've got a ton of horse under them. If they would have just let this one run in the middle of the track would have been easy win last out.

Just spent 20 minutes discussing with a friend who has been in and around horse racing for 40 years. Not sure we got but I would truly appreciate some further insight as this is quite an interesting entry.
Ran last at 5.5 F for Baffert. Apparently a 4yr old as carrying +8 pounds. Was apparently placed in Maiden Claimer (Last) for 150K claim. I guess hoping he wouldn't get claimed?? Got claimed and sent to Sean McCarthy, yet same jock. Now placed in 67K MSW. Adding .5F.
Any help??
