Had him singled and heavy win along with the appleby walton street at woodbine...ill tell you though spencer had him under a drive almost the last 4 furlongs i thought he wouldn't hit the board turning for home...euro horses keep on under a drive better then USA horses but i think the 4 horse was best there just got bottled up and outmoved...ill take it though nice write upOriginally Posted by JBEX

didn't notice when I was watching but you're right about him being in the drive for a long time..interesting that euros stay on in a drive longer than they do here..had no idea..agree with you that the 4 would have been a tough customer if he found a hole coming off the turn..
Had a good day BUT would of had a $3 early pic 5 if lone rock wins the marathon race 4. 1/9 shot and sure enough same ownership wins it...i thought it was horrible ride to passive on the favorite..id think the pick 5 would of paid maybe 1k for fifty cents paid 50k+ with winner

kind of reminds me of easy goer but on the grass..horse is huge and probably takes some time to get momentum..both big pedigree homebreds and both won at that distance as 3yo's in grade 1 races
Godolphin Blue pretty much won everything they sent this weekend @ Belmont and Woodbine and easy at that. Amazing BUT that said once the other top Euro's come stateside for breeders cup may have some nice opprtunity to beat some of these easy winners today.
agree.. wasn't impressed with the pp's of the top contenders in those races..don't think they are top euro competition
