    Why so many scratches? Most races are on the main track, so taking races off the turf does not seem to be a logical explanation.

    Take a look again. 6 races were scheduled for the sod. Only R3 and R9 remain on the lawn.

    I am certainly no expert, but IMO, Saratoga is tough enough to try and handicap without the weather playing a part in it.

    Yeah get your drift. Personally I like capping the Mud , but quite a few players regard as a negative. Are you posting any picks? GL if you do.
